Let me explain.

Our training philosophy is “Intensity equals results”.  There is no way around it.  If you want any type of results from a training program it has to be intense.

 The best thing about our workout is that it is for all fitness levels.  We can have a 60 year old mom with two kids training beside a college athlete and still have them training at their own intensity levels. 

A little more about our type of training…

 Through countless hours of research on the top fat loss experts in the world we have come up with the most effective fat loss training program called the Metabolism Maximizer program.

Japanese researchers have found that this type of exercising (the kind we do in our bootcamp workouts) to be 9x more effective than traditional cardiovascular exercise and will elevate your metabolism up to 48 hours after exercising. 

This means that not only are you burning more calories in the workouts, your metabolism will be elevated for a FULL TWO DAYS after the workouts.  You will be burning fat even in your sleep!

Not only will we be ramping up your metabolism turning your body into a fat burning furnace, we will also be doing our Core Condititioning circuit to tone your abs and trim your waistline.

We also add our Dynamic stretching component to increase flexibility and reduce your chances of injury and help you relax after an intense workout.

NUTRITION

With our 6 step nutrition program we are not looking to re-invent the wheel when it comes to nutrition.  We will take changing our nutritional habits step by step and week by week to make sure you are set up for a lifetime of success. 

We like to keep things simple, yet effective when it comes to nutrition.  You will also be provided with a food guide to ensure you are eating the right foods but staying satiated.

Our 6 Step Principles are:

  1. Eat breakfast and frequently throughout the day
  2. Drink the proper amounts of water
  3. Think portions, not calories
  4. Choose your carbs wisely
  5. Limit your sugar intake
  6. Take your vitamins

You will be taken step by step through our 6 week Nutrition Makeover System to ensure your success in integrating these healthy habits slowly into your lifestyle.
