Hi, I'm Dan Go of the Thornhill Boot Camp. For years, I have helped local residents lose weight without using fad diets or making them take fat loss pills that may put their health at risk. Because of this, they now dub me as the best trainer in Thornhill.
They have their own reasons for saying this. But if one thing's for sure, it's that I wasn't the perfect model for fitness trainers some 10 years ago. I was overweight by 30 plus pounds, and along with my weight problem, I made matters worse by smoking, drinking and eating a lot.
I never thought I'd do anything to reverse where my life was heading when I finally got my wake up call. My family and friends began making fun of me and of how I looked. As the jokes became harsher and more frequent, I decided to finally lose weight.
So I did what any person would do to lose weight: I went to the gym. But it proved out to be a bad idea as I gained more weight when I began working out! Sure I had muscles, but I was fat still.
I also tried taking fat loss pills and hosts of other fitness gadgets
in the hope that they can finally help me lose weight.
But they never did.
Desperate for a solution, I decided to come up with my own solution. So I bought books and other materials on various weight loss methods even if it meant that I'd have to spend several thousands of dollars more on them.
I almost instantly lost 37 pounds!
My research finally paid off when I finally found the solution that works. How did I know that it was effective? Because when I tried it on myself, I almost instantly lost 37 pounds!
So things took a turn for the better. In fact, friends who used to laugh at me began to ask me for advice on how to lose their gut.
