If you are sick and tired of slaving away in a gym with negligible results then you are just like me. I know what it is like to work hard with little reward! I know what it is like to spend day after day on a treadmill, just like a rat in a cage, trapped in a gym with no apparent results. I still felt too fat in my normal clothes and would not dream of going out in a bikini.

After a solid year and a half of this torture with no results, I decided that I had enough and decided to investigate into the absolute best techniques that a person can use to not just shed unsightly body fat, but also build nice muscle.
