Hi, I'm Dan Go of the Richmond Hill Boot Camp. When you talk about boot camps that help you really lose weight in the area, chances are that most people will refer me to you. But it wasn't the way it was 10 years ago. You probably wouldn't believe that I could help you lose weight if you saw me then.
Like the clients I'm working with now, I used to have weight problems of my own. But instead of doing something about that right away, I continued drinking, smoking and eating too much. And so I ballooned and became overweight by 30+ pounds.
I finally decided to shed off that excess weight when my friends and family began laughing at me and at how I looked. That's it, I said to myself, I'm going to lose weight.

only to end up disappointed…
So I did what any normal person would do to lose weight: I enrolled at a local gym. But I turned out to be a total waste of time because I didn't lose weight! I also tried other options such as fat loss pills and other fitness gadgets, only to end up disappointed.
Desperate for a solution, I did my own research and began my quest for the most effective weight loss solution there is. So I invested several thousands of dollars on books and other programs on losing weight. I had to weed out solutions that didn't work and those that were just plain horrible.
I rapidly lost 37 pounds!!
Ten years after I began my research, I knew I found the solution that I've been looking for. How sure am I about this? That's because I rapidly lost 37 pounds when I tried it myself!
With a fitter and healthier-looking me, my friends stopped laughing and instead approached me for advice on how to lose their gut.
Once I found the perfect weight loss solution, I developed it into the weight loss program that I now use at my Richmond Hill Boot Camp.
